Praying Psalm 76:1-6

Lord, no matter how strong and stouthearted the enemies of my soul may seem when I encounter them, you are stronger.

You are glorious and majestic, more powerful than the forces which are arrayed against me.

Their weapons and the schemes they use against me are useless since you make your abode with me. At your word alone, my enemies succumb.

Lord, when I am confronted by difficult seasons and circumstances, when I am tempted to lessen my allegiance to you to make my life just a bit easier, help me to turn to you, remember your great love and power, and trust in you above all else.
