  • Initiated relaunch of long-dormant site (no longer available online) by demonstrating, through careful analysis of site statistics, conversion ratios, and visitor worth, the potential for increased revenue a relaunch would create - download or view summary document (Adobe Reader required).
  • Designed and developed site to target parent company’s vast customer base and present innovative musical technology, encouraging sales through increased customer awareness of technology.
  • Developed and implemented online marketing plan which led to ongoing website profitability four-and-a-half months after relaunch.
  • Performed ongoing statistical website analysis, providing a vehicle through which marketing campaigns and ecommerce strategy could be effective evaluated.
  • Converted and annotated over 40 massive file descriptions (200 - 2000 pages each) into Acrobat format, greatly enhancing customer experience.

  • Participated in establishment and implementation of marketing plan, with specific responsibility for web marketing, strategic web partnerships, and e-commerce.

  • Initiated, established and implemented comprehensive customer service policies and procedures, including preparation of 390-page support manual for front-line support staff and comprehensive set of Frequently Asked Questions.
  • Created overall web marketing strategy, preparing website to draw qualified traffic in a cost-effective manner - download or view summary document (Adobe Reader required).
  • Developed and maintained intranet / project status site which received very favorable response from executive staff.

Manager, Legal & Administrative Services :: 1996 — 1999

  • Managed 10-person office staff and 2-person legal staff (including one attorney), earning consistent positive feedback from subordinates on my management style ("Frank is the best manager I’ve ever had,” “Frank, you’re a wonderful manager,” etc.).
  • Managed company’s relationships with several outside law firms - communicating requirements, monitoring progress, implementing recommendations, and reviewing invoices.
  • Carefully researched legal invoices from three different law firms due to discrepancies, found several mistakes, and negotiated reduced settlements, resulting in an approximately $50,000 savings to company.
  • Reorganized office staff into administrative teams, allowing consistent delegation to newly appointed senior administrative personnel who, in turn, were empowered to lead junior administrative assistants, thus creating a viable career path for all administrative employees.
  • Oversaw security program, including installation of new alarm system and exposure of multi-million dollar charity scam.
